PERSONALISED TRAINING

Our science-based training blocks target your whole body, working on specific muscle groups on different days. We offer resistance, cardio and hybrid training styles in one on one personal training, or small group training up to 20 people each class

Can't join the classes for some reason? Need some quiet time? Use our gym outside of class hours! Our app allows you to unlock the door and provides you everything you need know to start our daily workout program on your own. Feel free to do your own workout.

The FAQs

Is ONIT Gym suitable for all fitness level?

Yes. Our sessions are scaleable and our trainers can guide you to perform simplified exercises with lighter weights, or spot you and provide you heavier weights. Everyone performs at their own pace.

What kind of training does ONIT GYM provides?

We best describe our training as 'hybrid', where we have mashed together the best and most beneficial elements of strength, high-intensity cardio and boxing training into fun and intensive group training sessions. One on one personal training is also available for more tailored goals and needs

Do I need to book to attend class?

Yes. You need to book in your spot in class prior to attending. This is to ensure our gym floor is set up with the correct amount of weights for the amount of participants and to know if an extra coach is needed for the class. You can book via our member's app.

What do I need to bring and wear to class?

All you need to bring are your own drink bottle and sweat towel for each class. We will take care of the rest. Please wear appropriate active wear and shoes, and use deodorant.

I'd like to train but I have an injury or medical condition.

Please provide your Doctor's medical clearance certification to say you are physically fit to perform in our gym. Your Doctor or Physiotherapist can also provide the movements you need to avoid and the maximum weight you can lift. We will do our best to work around these limitations while you are on your road to recovery.

I'd like to train but I have young kids.

Feel free to bring your kids if you feel they can independently stay in the waiting area. There are glass doors between the working space and waiting area, so you can easily turn to check on your kids at any time during a class. Please know that our main doors may need to remain open for air circulation.
