The Group Training Program is designed for individuals aiming to gain 1-2 kg of lean muscle mass or shed 5%+ body fat, equivalent to dropping 1-2 sizes.
During the program, you'll establish a consistent routine, sustain results, and enhance your overall lifestyle over 3 to 6 months. Many participants achieve remarkable weight loss, with some losing 10+ kgs by following our comprehensive training and nutrition guidance.
Cost: $52 - $70 per week, inclusive of gym access, tailored to personal goals and needs.
